Local Roots Living Herbs are grown right in the pots you take home from the store! With a little water and sunshine, these living plans will happily grow in your kitchen, providing fresh herbs whenever you need them. Water your herbs when the top of the soil just starts to feel dry. Overwatering will cause the plant to turn slightly yellow and the leaves may start dropping. Herbs like lots of light – six to eight hours a day is optimal.
Helpful Hint: If you have your plants on a windowsill, turn the pots occasionally, so the plants will receive light on all sides. This will keep your plant growing straight.
